Mohawk stiffens to force 4th. & 2 at their 29 @ 8:11, and the Pirates take time to confer. Doesn't matter, Tyson Ludwig stops Casalegno cold, and the Indians take over. Dean Krull takes an overthrown, intercepted ball back away at the 42, then QB Brody Wilkins rolls around left end for 58 yds. and the TD, and adds 2 too @ 5:58.

Pirates go 3 & punt, so do the Indians. Casalegno then goes 56 yds. for then TD on a counter left, and QB Isaac Prince scrambles left to tie it 8-8 @ 2:49.

Ludwig returns the short kickoff to the Pirate 21. The first quarter ends with the Indians 1st. and goal at the 4.

2nd. quarter

Hutchinson opens the second by picking off Wilkins at the 2, and taking it out to the Pirate 41. A big hit by Ludwig sends Casalegno to the bench for a couple plays, but he bounces back, and 3 straight carries ends with a 10 yd. TD @ 5:56, after an 11 play, 5:53 drive. Casalegno adds the conversion, and the Perrydale crowd is roaring, with the Pirates up 16-8.

Isaac Buhler recovers the kickoff for the Pirates at the Mohawk 47 after it bounces off an Indian. 2 plays later, its Casalegno around left end 47 yds. and a TD. Prince then hits Justin Strom in traffic for the conversion, and its Pirates 24-8.

Keyed by Isaac Buhler's sack, Mohawk turns it over on downs @ the Perrydale 49 @ 3:09.  Perrydale drives to the 10, and calls time with :24 to go. 2 plays later, Casalegno's halfback pass to Buhler as the horn sounds, and Hutchinson's run, puts Perrydale up 32-8 at the half.

Casalegno has 190 yds. rushing at the half. Mohawk has 5 plays total in the 2nd. qtr. The Indians were knocking on the door, but after the interception, the Pirates totally dominated, controlling the ball for 9:48.

3rd. quarter

Perrydale starts at their 48, as neither team can or will kick deep.

The Pirates face 4th. & 2 at the Indian 32, but Hutchinson picks it up.

The Indians do force a turnover on downs, but at their 20, with 5:53 left in the 3rd.

After backing up to the 17, Wilkins scrambles, evades containment inside his 10, and rambles 83 yds. for the TD @ 4:06. The conversion pass fails, but the Indians have cut it to 32-20.

Perrydale starts at their 49, and picks up a 4th. & 1 at the Mohawk 40, and the quarter ends with the Pirates at the Indian 29, with a first down.

Time of pos. 25:19 to 10:41 in favor of the Pirates.

4th. quarter

The Pirates push it to the3, first and goal, and the Indians call time out. Doesn't help, Casalegno slants left for the TD, capping a 13 play, 51 yd. drive, and Prince punches in the conversion, making it 40-20 Pirates with 9:23 left.

As Mohawk tries to come back, Wilkins' pass is picked off by Nick Huggins at the Pirate 35, and he takes it back to the Indian 37. A steady diet of Casalegno is coming. Time out Pirates @ 4:50, facing 4th. & 5. A roll out right pass to Strom picks up the first down. At 2:11, its 4th. & goal from the 2, and the Pirates call time out. Hutchinson punches it in, and Prince sweeps left for the conversion.
