McMINNVILLE, ORE. - The late Dewey Sullivan has been posthumously named the PriceCatcher.com Person of the Year for 2006. Mr. Dewey Sullivan, who passed from this life in 2006, was more than a champion coach at Dayton High School for decades; he was a life coach and an encourager for the ages.

"The winningest high school football coach west of the Mississippi" just begins to tell Mr. Sullivan's story. The countless young people he taught, coached, inspired, mentored, befriended, and encouraged reaches well beyond that of any normal hero. Coach Dewey Sullivan will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his community, among his students, rival coaches, and the many who so wish they had known him.
