Game 2: 13-10 Cottage Grove.  17-10 CG. North Bends Alicia Herdia gets a kill but Dani Nowak sends one right back.  20-12 CG.  NB makes a 3 point run but Erin Nowak of CG ends it with a kill. 23-17 CG. Jordan Brunetti records another kill for CG.  NB continues to make uncharacteristic errors. They lose game 2. 25-19

Game 3: Mateski connects for a great kill to start NB in the right direction. Hitting error by North Bend and 2 kill shots by Dani Nowak puts the score at 8-11 CG. zZoe Ottemiller with the middle attack and kill. Haley Dunham gets stuff blocked by Davey, great for CG, not so great for NB. 14-10 CG. Backrow hit is good for Dunham. Krstin Banta with the kill, 17-11 CG. Serve error CG. Mateski kill, CG hitting error, 2 receive errors by CG and NB just gains 4 straight points. 21-17. Mateski's hit sails wide. 25-17. CG sweeps and takes home 3rd Place.  North Bend will take home 5th place.  Will have to check my record book to see if ever, a leauge has finished 1st, 2nd and 3rd.  That happened today, Congratulations SkyEm League!!

Henley vs Astoria

Astoria takes game 1, 25-22. I'm haviing internet connection issues.  Hope to remedy soon

Game 2: Wedan with a monster slam tiime and time again puts Henley up 13-8.  Thoreson scores wiith the tip. Henley's Andrea Straw scores with a tip. 14-10 Henley.Astoria's Houghtaling sends one screaming over, great kill. 20-11 Henley. Timeout Astoria.  Henley wins this one, 25-13

Game 3: Wedan and crew start fast. up 5-2. Thoreson scores with another screamer.Astoria takes the lead 7-6.  Wow! Autumn Wedan just flatout hammered that one, they don't get any prettier than that! Ties the game. Astoria serve receive error. 13-10 Astoria.  Great offspeed save/hit by Henley's Rylee Carleton! Wedan-Hammer Down! 16-14. Henley Setter, Cori Wallace with the textbook perfect dump. 18-16 Henley. Astoria serve error. Wedan again! Wallace to Wedan again, what a duo, Wallace has great hands. 22-16. Thoreson sends one straight down. 22-17. This ones all Henley as they take game 3, 25-19.

Game 4:  Game is even at 5. Jordan Thoreson slices the kill and hits Henley's 10ft line on the leftside.  9-6 Astoria. Henley's Lindsey Morawiec is there for the overset, she scores with the tip. Backrow attack error by Astoria. Serve error Astoria, well placed deep punch by Kayce Lilley ties the score at 11. ACE by Thoreson,  Andrea Straw sends one screaming to the floor for Henley. Elle Morgan for the block on the overset. Houghtaling and Larson with the stuff block on Henley. Timeout Henley. 16-13 Astoria.
